When ExportComments is the better choice
- Comment volume, decisively. Their Business tier exports 250,000 comments from one video; our ceiling is 10,000. If you are mining a viral thread end to end, we are the wrong tool.
- They cover 20+ platforms. If your reporting spans Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, one subscription there beats three tools.
- Their free tier returns 100 comments with no signup at all. Ours requires an account, and comment export is not on the free plan.
- Webhook delivery and scheduled exports are built in; ours is pull-based through the API.
