- One scrape is one profile's video list exported with stats. Pro includes 30 a month, Agency 100, Enterprise 300. Failed jobs never count against your quota.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime, from the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then drop back to the free limits. No lock-in.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No. Cancel any time and you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for — that access is the remedy, so we don't return money for partial months or unused allowance. Where the law requires a refund we give one, and EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right.
